Bennington Lake Memorial Weekend.

Her little buddy, whom went for a ride clutched in hand. When we made it to the canal she fashioned a make shift boat and it went for multiple ride. Daddy finally convinced her it would be happier set free. Hopefully it survived the loving.

Her baby had to ride with her too. Notice the clutched fist. Rolly Polly was in there.

They wanted to pretend fish.

Look at the doggy!

Who played fetch with Lucas.

Snack break at the bench.

Not sure if he was pointing at the boat of the bird diving for fish.

Trying to keep her pant legs dry while wading across.

So much fun to throw rocks and splash her brother in time out.

She wanted to ride bike too.

Cold water for splashing.

Beauty and airplanes

Tucked into the speaker...

Lining the back of the toilet.

My oldest girl loves beauty. My table has been loaded with iris's. She has taken several containers to her daddy's office. Now I find them tucked into the speaker and lining the back of the toilet.  She loves beauty.
She has also been showing consideration for others. Amber was over for a play date this morning. Abrianna came out laden down with three cups of water. One for her, one for me, and one for Amber. Just because...

A month ago we made a plane trip to CA and back. I reminded Abigayle of that a few times. Now airplanes are her favorite thing. She gets so excited when seeing anything remotely resembling an airplane. She created a tower of Lego's proudly and excitedly proclaiming, "Airplane! Airplane!"

6 years ago my life changed forever as the doctor lifted a squalling baby boy from my womb.  Oh, I was so ecstatic to finally become a mommy. I couldn't bear to lay him down. Then next day when he was released from the NICU I held and nursed him all night long. What a precious little bundle he was.

6 Years later, this is how our morning started. A fitting welcome of hot air balloons lazily floating over our house and landing in the drag strip around the corner.

That little cupcake was crowded with candles. He spent all afternoon riding his bike and having dust wars with friends at the bike track. We came home for a pizza and some presents. Happy Birthday Son.

Little sister discovered her climbing skills. Up and down and up and down she climbed on the poles.

She LOVES babies! Annabelle didn't appreciate the loving as much as Abigayle loved loving on her.

Balloon Stampede Weekend.

Right over the top of the house.

"Look at the hot air balloon mom!"
Landing in the field.

See?

Abigayle woke up a bit later. Her response was "hot air boon!"

New Sand Box.

She much prefers to stand next to the sand box and play rather than sitting in it.

"If you're happy and you know it touch your head..."

Our family project has been building a humongous sand box. I've been telling Rick for over a year that I really wanted one. Well, it's finally a reality, 4 -12x10 and 3 cubic feet of sand later.
Tuesday night we all worked together holding boards and handing daddy screws.
Wednesday the kids and I walked to K-mart to buy gardening fabric to lay along the bottom. Then when daddy got home we all worked together to transport the dump truck load to the back yard.
Rick manned the wheel barrow. I was in charge to the rake spreading it in the sand box. Lucas used his dump truck.
Abrianna loaded the container on the back of her tricycle.
Abigayle took the cake, as she patiently worked filling a broken plastic dollar store bucket with sand. She's grunt as she trudged from the carport to the backyard leaving a trail behind her. But she continued working for the entire hour and a half we were out there.
Local friends are invited to come and play.

Happy Birthday Baby!

Doing her absolute best to try to blow those candles out.

Mmmmm homemade mint chip ice cream cake!
She insisted on taking her birthday loot to bed with her at nap time.

Abigayle's Sabbath School Birthday

"Happy Dir Day??" she asked.
Pounding that African drum.

Teacher Laura asked if she was 2  years old, and she held up 2 fingers.

"Yes the coins say she's two years old." Teacher Tess had to help her out with that getting them in.

A new book! What a great gift! She LOVES books!
